Respecting intellectual property

Short SIZN MPP LLC and its divisions, Buttie FP, Short SIZN Music, and Short SIZN Media, respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. This policy explains how to report content on this site that you believe infringes your copyright, and outlines our response process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our contact below that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of, and the location (URL) of, the material you claim is infringing, in enough detail for us to find it
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Where to send notices

Send copyright notices to contact@shortsizn.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Notices are reviewed promptly, and material found to infringe will be removed.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the material removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, terminate access for anyone found to be a repeat infringer of others' intellectual property rights.
