This site is operated by Short SIZN MPP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Alaska. Buttie FP, Short SIZN Music, and Short SIZN Media are DBAs ("doing business as" names) of Short SIZN MPP LLC — they are divisions of the Company, not separate legal entities.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, photography, music, recordings, and other content on this site are owned by Short SIZN MPP LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from that content without our prior written permission.
Product names, the Buttie FP name and mark, the Short SIZN Music name and mark, and the Short SIZN Media name and mark belong to Short SIZN MPP LLC. Any use of these names without permission is prohibited.
Trademarks
Buttie FP™, Short SIZN Music™, and Short SIZN Media™, along with their associated logos and marks, are trademarks of Short SIZN MPP LLC. Use of the ™ symbol indicates a claimed, common-law trademark; it does not indicate federal registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Artist and music content
Artist names, photographs, biographies, and recordings featured under Short SIZN Music are used with the permission of, and under agreement with, the respective artists. These artists retain the rights granted to them under their individual agreements with Short SIZN MPP LLC; nothing in these Terms is intended to alter those agreements.
We do not accept unsolicited music submissions, demos, or master recordings through this site. Any such material sent to us is not subject to a confidentiality obligation and does not create any agreement between the sender and Short SIZN MPP LLC.
Stream player and embedded content
The Music page includes an embedded Spotify player, and other pages may include players or embeds from outside services. These are provided by the third party and are subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy, including any account or subscription it requires. Availability, track listings, and playback are controlled by that service and may change or stop working without notice. Playing content through an embed gives you no ownership of or license to the music or other material beyond what the service allows.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an automated AI system, not a person, and its replies can be incomplete or wrong. It does not give legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing it says is an offer, a promise, a contract or a commitment by Short SIZN MPP LLC. Sending an inquiry through the chat does not create any agreement or guarantee a reply. Please do not paste creative work, payment details or passwords into the chat, and do not use it to send spam, harassing, unlawful or unauthorized content. We may limit or turn off the chat at any time.
